At Tibe, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns for eligible items within 3 to 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned undamaged, in their original condition, and include any tags or packaging. Please note that oversized clothing and non-working electronics are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, such as the debit or credit card used for the purchase. Tibe will cover return shipping costs only if the product is confirmed to be damaged; otherwise, these costs will be charged to the customer.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns. We process refunds within 3 to 7 days of receiving the returned items. Please note that we do not accept international returns at this time.
